Raj Kundra’s alleged porn films case is taking new turns with each passing day.
As Mid-Day reported, Shilpa Shetty had told Mumbai Police that the content on Hotshots was NOT porn but erotica.
Now, as per an India TV report, Crime Branch has supposedly found a hidden cupboard on Saturday (July 24) in Raj Kundra’s Viaan and JL Stream office in Mumbai’s Andheri.
According to Mumbai Police, they have found several documents, which apparently have information related to cryptocurrency and money transactions.
An official informed TOI, “We have brought these files, which will be studied by the forensic auditing team. We are sending eight servers seized from Kundra’s office for forensic analysis as prima facie we have found pornographic data deleted after the police busted the racket in February. Experts can find out whether these servers have been used to upload pornographic material to Kenrin.”
Meanwhile, as reported by Free Press Journal, on Sunday, TV actress-model Gehana Vasisth, including 2 others, have been apparently summoned by the Crime Branch for questioning in the latest development in Raj Kundra’s alleged porn films case.
Gehana, who had supported Raj Kundra and claimed that he is ‘innocent’, defended Shilpa’s statement. Talking to TOI, she stated, “Shilpa is correct. The Hotshots app never had any content that could be classified as pornography. How can someone be associated with something that just does not exist? I believe Shilpa is correct when she’s saying that she didn’t know anything about the Hotshots app, this is based on my personal knowledge. As far as I know, Hotshots has never made any porn film, ever. Those were bold films, erotic films, hot films, but none of them were porn films.”
For the unversed, Gehana was earlier arrested in February 2021 in the alleged pornography case. She got bail after four months.
