Man Posing As SRK’s Event Manager; ARRESTED For Almost Trafficking 17-Year-Old Girl!

Many come to Mumbai… the city of dreams… filled with hope and ambition to make it big.

However, one can never be too careful it seems. Recently, a shocking case has come to light – of a class 12 student who was aspiring to be an actress.

As per ANI report, the 17-year-old girl from Palashipara, West Bengal was lured to travel to Mumbai by a man posing as an event manager. 

He had reeled the girl in by promising her roles in Shah Rukh Khan’s movies! As per TOI report, the man had befriended the teen on Facebook.

Thankfully, prompt action by Government Railway Police helped in nabbing the man and nipping this trafficking incident in the bud. Dnyaneshwar Katkar, SI, Dadar GRP updated that the man has been arrested and is in custody currently.
