The actress owns several properties in cities like- Mumbai, New York, and Goa. Now, we hear that PC reportedly sold two of her apartments for Rs 7 crores in Mumbai.
If this media report is to be believed, a residential unit located on the seventh floor of Raj Classic, Versova, Andheri (W), was reportedly sold for Rs 3 crores in March, while another unit on the same floor, but with larger square-footage, was sold for Rs 4 crores approximately.
“A unit located on the 7th floor of size 888 sq ft was sold for Rs. 3 crores. Stamp duty of Rs. 9 lakhs was paid on it, according to the registration documents. Another unit on the same floor of size 1219 sq ft was sold for Rs. 4 crores. Stamp duty of Rs. 12 lakhs was paid on it”, an insider informed the portal.
The report also suggests that Priyanka has apparently leased her second-floor office space for Rs 2.11 lakh rent per month. Reportedly, the area is spreads across an area of 2040 sq ft and is located in Vastu Precinct, Oshiwara in Andheri (W).
According to reports, Priyanka also sold a fourth-floor property at Karan Apartment, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West for ₹2 crores in February last year.
