FACT CHECK: Aditya Roy Kapur To Really HEADLINE ‘Shootout 3’ Movie Or NOT?

After the success of ‘Malang’ & ‘Ludo’, Aditya Roy Kapur is on a spree of signing back-to-back projects.

The handsome hunk’s rugged action avatar in ‘Om- The Battle Within’ became a huge hit on social media.

Recently, reports started doing that the makers of the 3^rd part of the ‘Shootout’ franchise– ‘Shootout 3: Gang Wars of Bombay’– have reportedly roped in Aditya to play the lead role in this upcoming gangster drama. However, the buzz turned out to be NOT true.

According to a SpotboyE report, filmmaker Sanjay Gupta, who helmed ‘Shootout At Lokhandwala’ and its sequel ‘Shootout At Wadala’, has denied the reports. “Not true at all,” the director stated.

Reportedly, the 3^rd installment is based on the 1992 shootout at the JJ Hospital, which happened between the members of Dawood Ibrahim & Arjun Gawli’s gang.
