Pearl V Puri Rape Case: Has He Been Granted Bail?

Naagin 3 actor Pearl V Puri was sent to 14-day judicial custody after his arrest on June 4 in the alleged rape case of a minor girl.

He had been charged under the POCSO act and presented to Vasai court on June 5, where his bail was rejected the first time.

As per Spotboye report, the Bepanah Pyaarr actor had again applied for bail and was presented to the court on Friday (11 June).

However, the portal stated that his bail application has been rejected again! The next hearing will reportedly take place on June 15, 2021.

Meanwhile, celebs like Ekta Kapoor and Divya Khosla Kumar are in support of Pearl and have been alleging that the actor has been framed by Anil Donde (victim’s father) because of the custody battle with wife Ekta Sharma (victim’s mother) over the minor girl.

The victim’s father too has shared his shocking version of the story – said that his wife’s reported accusations of bad marriage and toxic relationship should not divert attention from the matter that his daughter was molested.

He said his daughter had identified Pearl, spoken the truth and it was confirmed by the medical report. He further said that girl’s mother was informed about the matter, and she had shouted at Pearl. He also stated that the mother was present for the daughter’s medical evaluation at Nair Hospital!
