While Tiger Shroff & Disha Patani never publically admit being in a relationship, their PDAs on social media scream nothing but romance.
Now, seems like Bollywood’s rumoured lovebirds have landed themselves into trouble.
As per ETimes, an FIR has been filed against Tiger & Disha by the Mumbai Police for allegedly flouting Covid-19 norms in the city. Reportedly, the rumoured couple was spotted at Bandstand after their gym session on Tuesday evening, without any ‘essential reason’.
The complaint was registered under IPC section 188 (disobedience of orders promulgated by a public servant) and 34 (common intention) against the actors. Their driver has also been booked.
India.com reported- when the Mumbai Police had stopped them and asked why they were out of their house post 2 pm, they apparently couldn’t provide any valid reason.
For the unaware, the lockdown in Maharashtra has been extended till June 15 with curbs on movement across the state after 2 PM, except for essential services.
Now, Tiger Shroff’s mother Ayesha Shroff has come out to defend the actor & Disha. She stated that no one is interested in roaming like this, and they were apparently returning home after buying essentials.
Reacting to a paparazzi’s post, which is now deleted, Ayesha commented, “You got your facts wrong my dear. They were heading home and cops were checking Aadhaar cards on the way. No one is interested in roaming at a time like this. Please get your facts right before saying such things. Thank you!”
She has also replied to one of the user’s comments who wrote, “Heading home from where??? Madam, they were outside that’s the main point. What if they are celebrities, Rules apply to all citizens.” To which, she replied, “For your information, it is permitted to go out for essentials. Instead of bringing people down how come no one writes about the free meals he’s providing to front-line workers!! That’s coz he himself doesn’t talk about it! So don’t judge till you know. Thank you.”
