Mumbai’s 81 Aureate Sky Villa project is located in Bandra and offers luxury beyond your imagination.
Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor is making headlines for purchasing a house in the residency.
As per this report, the sky villas in this 26-floor building offer extravagant lifestyle features, and breathtaking views of the Bandra – Worli Sea Link, the Arabian Sea, and Mumbai’s glittering skyline.
We also hear that the project is designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) and includes up to 10 high-speed elevators and 4 personalized sea-facing capsule elevators with a biometric security system for each sky villa. There are 81 sky villas in total with have 4 bedrooms, a personal pool and a 4212 sq ft carpet area each.
What’s more interesting is that although Arjun’s buying price has not been revealed yet, the property is said to cost around Rs 20 – 23 CRORES! The pricing is done on the basis of Rs 48,000 per square foot.
The luxury villas have a 13 feet floor to ceiling clear height, and European French double glazed glass window system of Alumil. 45000 + sq. ft of plush amenities provided for residents in the project include multiple swimming pools, Pool Bar, Jacuzzi, Barbeque corner, Gym, Spa, Yoga deck, Mini Golf, Open café, Pet corner, Concierge services, Business lounge, Kids play area, Library etc.
