Happy Birthday, Kunal Kemmu! The versatile actor turned 38 today.

Did you know Kunal started his acting career as a child artist, that too at the age of four? Let’s see if you can spot him in these movies:

1. Sir

Our birthday boy Kunal made his Bollywood debut as a child artist in the 1993 movie Sir; he was only 10-year-old back then. Directed by Mahesh Bhatt, Kunal played the role of Naseeruddin Shah’s son, who apparently becomes an innocent victim of a gang war.

2. Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke

In the same year, Kunal appeared in Aamir Khan & Juhi Chawla’s hit movie Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke as a naughty kid named Sunny. Sunny, Munni, and Vicky- the mischievous trio who lived with their uncle Rahul (Aamir) and help Vyajayanti (Juhi) after she ran away from her home.

3. Raja Hindustani

Remember the taxi cleaner Rajnikant in Aamir Khan & Karisma Kapoor starrer Raja Hindustani? He is none other Kunal Kemmu. He was also the sidekick of Raja, Aamir’s character, and stole the scenes during the film’s Palankhet sequences with his fun banter with Aamir.

4. Dushman

In this psychological thriller, Kunal was seen as Bheem Bahadur Singh, the caretaker & orderly to a blind former army officer Sanjay Dutt.

5. Tamanna

In this Mahesh Bhatt directorial, Kunal played the younger self of actor Sharad Kapoor’s character Sajid. Apparently, Kunal Kemmu & Mahesh Bhatt have done a handful of movies together.

6. Bhai

Here, Kunal played Suniel Shetty’s onscreen “bhai” Kisna, who gets killed by don David (Ashish Vidyarthi) after he witnesses the don murdering someone. The movie then revolved around how angry & devastated Kundan (Suniel) seeks revenge.

7. Zakhm

Again, directed by Mahesh Bhatt, Kunal plays the young Ajay in this Pooja Bhatt starrer. He appeared in the flashback scenes when Ajay reminisces about the hardships his Muslim mother had faced after she fell in love with a Hindu film director (Nagarjuna).

8. Angaaray

In this movie, Kunal played the younger Akshay Kumar. When Akshay remembered his childhood days with his friend Nagarjuna, Kunal appeared in the flashback scenes, along with some other child actors.
