Bollywood actor Saahil Chadha is known for his roles in movies like Baghban, Section 375, and Thoda Life Thoda Magic, to name a few.
Now, as per media reports, the actor has been hospitalized in Mumbai on May 12.
According to an HT report, Saahil & his wife Promila suffered injuries after getting hit by an ambulance. This incident apparently happened on Wednesday in Mumbai.
Reportedly, they were returning from a meeting and walking towards their car, which was parked in a lane behind St Xavier’s College. This is when they were hit by an ambulance from behind. As per reports, Saahil got dragged for two feet and suffered injuries on his stomach and thigh. His wife sustained two fractures in her leg.
While Saahil is currently admitted to the Bombay Hospital, Promila is staying with her cousin. Talking to the daily, Sahil said, “The police have nabbed the driver.”
“I practise Buddhism and feel that a big undesirable and much worse incident has been averted in my life. I am under observation for the next few days no doubt, but God has been kind. Whatever happened was extremely shocking and scary,” he added.
According to the report, Saahil’s injuries are supposedly non-serious and he is expected to be discharged in the next two or three days.
