According to Peeping Moon, Saif will be playing the titular role of nuclear physicist Homi Jehangir Bhabha!
Titled ‘Assassination of Homi Bhabha’, the film is being produced by Reliance Entertainment and directed by Vikramjit Singh. Set in the 1960s, this project will be delving into the suspicious death of Homi Bhabha and reportedly revolve around the conspiracy that CIA assassinated him to sabotage India’s nuclear program.
How Did Homi Bhabha Die?
Homi Bhabha died on January 24, 1966 – when Air India Flight 101 crashed near Mont Blanc. Bhabha had been on his way to Vienna to attend an Advisory Committee meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
