Janhvi Kapoor recent movie, a horror-comedy, ‘Roohi‘ is now in the theaters.
In an interview, while promoting the same, she was compared to Alia Bhatt, the daughter of Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan.
While in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Janhvi said that she’s flattered to have been compared to Alia Bhatt.
A fan said, “(Janhvi) is on another level after Gunjan Saxena. Has all the potential to be the next Alia Bhatt in terms of career.” Janhvi‘s response to this is “That’s so sweet. Aapke mooh me ghee, shakkar, laddoo, biryani, jo bhi aapko chahiye.”
Later she was asked which actor she’d like to be stuck in a haunted house for a day. Janhvi named Alia. She said, “I’m a huge Alia fan.”
Roohi has registered the highest opening for a Hindi film after theatres were allowed to operate at full capacity after the lockdown. The film has made nearly ₹14 crores in five days of release.
