Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor is on cloud nine right now.
The ‘Gunjan Saxena’ actress has kicked off her New Year with a lavish purchase.
Recently, Janhvi has reportedly bought a new luxurious triplex house in Juhu worth Rs. 39 Crores. As per the documents accessed by the property website, the carpet area of the flat is 3,456 square ft and is spread on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floor of the building named ‘Araya Building’.
The house deal was made and finalized on December 7, 2020. Stamp duty of Rs 78 Lakhs was supposedly paid by Janhvi for her new lavish house.

Well, according to Bollywood Hungama, Janhvi took a home loan of Rs. 23 Crores for her new Juhu house.
The triplex house, which is located JVP (Juhu Vile Parle Development Scheme) in Vile Parle West, is part of the Hatkesh CHSL Cooperative Society.
The actress has also been allotted six car parking spaces, which is home to many celebrities already.
On the work front, Janhvi has some interesting projects like ‘Dostana 2’, ‘Roohi Afzana’, ‘Takht’, and the Hindi remake of ‘Kolamaavu Kokila’ in her kitty.
