South Superstar Dhanush is not only making waves in Bollywood but also carving his niche in Hollywood as well.
Dhanush has bagged an upcoming big-budget Hollywood project and he will be seen next to the likes of Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling.
Dhanush announced on his Twitter handle that he has joined the cast of Netflix’s ‘The Gray Man’, which is based on Mark Greaney’s debut novel of the same name. It will be helmed by the brother duo – Anthony and Joe Russo, who are known for directing the blockbuster Avengers: Endgame.
The Gray Man is about a freelance assassin and former CIA operative named Court Gentry ( Ryan Gosling). The movie will revolve around Gentry as he is hunted across the world by Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans), a former member of Gentry’s CIA team.
As per TOI report, this upcoming spy-thriller is reportedly being made on a USD 200 million budget! As of now, details of Dhanush’s role have not been revealed.
The Gray Man marks Dhanush’s second international project after 2018’s The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir. Dhanush is currently shooting for Aanand L Rai’s Atrangi Re along with Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan.
