Our gorgeous ‘Desi Girl’ Priyanka Chopra Jonas is having a field day in Hollywood!
Sporting a sassy bob haircut, the diva is all set to show off her villainous side in Netflix’s upcoming superhero kiddie flick – ‘We Can Be Heroes’.
This Robert Rodriguez directorial is a sequel to 2005 classic The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl. Taylor Dooley has returned as adult Lavagirl, but Taylor Lautner’s Sharkboy has been replaced by J.J. Dashnaw!
The fun packed trailer of this adventure movie just dropped! It revolves around an alien invasion and how the new generation of ‘superhero kids’ have to band together to save their ‘superhero parents’ from impending doom. Check it out:
Priyanka will be essaying the role of Ms. Granada, who’s described as a “mysterious government babysitter.” The movie will premiere on Netflix from January 1, 2021.
Priyanka will also be seen in another Netflix film – ‘The White Tiger’ co-starring Rajkummar Rao and Adarsh Gourav. Her work pipeline also includes a romantic drama alongside Celine Dion, Sam Heughan and Jim Strouse, which is tentatively titled, Text For You. She will also star in a wedding comedy with American actress and producer Mindy Kaling.
One of her upcoming projects also includes Keanu Reeves’ The Matrix 4.
