KWAN Talent Management Agency that has managed several celebrities including Deepika Padukone came under the NCB radar recently.
Reports then went rife that Salman Khan holds majority stakes in KWAN. The actor’s legal team was quick to dismiss these speculations.
As reported by Bombay Times, Anand Desai of DSK Legal clarified through an official statement that the actor has no stake in KWAN Talent Management agency or any of it’s group entities.
“Certain sections of the media are falsely reporting that our client Mr. Salman Khan, a leading Indian actor, has a majority stake in the talent management agency KWAN Talent Management Agency Private Limited. It is clarified that Mr. Salman Khan has no stake, directly or indirectly, in Kwan or any of its group entities. It is requested that media refrains from publishing false reports about our client.”
Today, Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash, who’s an employee of KWAN Talent Management, as well as KWAN’s CEO Dhruv Chitgopekar were summoned by NCB for questioning.
