AIIMS To Shed Light
On Friday, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of CBI, met senior officials and apprised them of the findings.
As per IndiaTV, AIIMS told IANS that findings of its expert team would certainly shed light on the mysterious death of SSR.
“If an inquest report, which carries crucial details about the circumstances in which one died, has certain discrepancies then it could be an important finding. However as the matter is subjudice, specific forensic findings cannot be shared,” the source added.
Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, AIIMS, Dr Sudhir Gupta also stated that findings which are conclusive will only be shared with CBI.
“At this stage I can only say that the opinion of the medical board will clear all doubts (relating to the star’s mysterious death),” said Dr Gupta while refusing to comment on the nature of discrepancies or any sign of lapses in conducting autopsy and other forensic investigations.
Results of the viscera test which holds a conclusive opinion on Sushant’s death will also be shared by the AIIMS team with CBI officials early next week.
NCB Detains 4 Drug Peddlers
As per News18 report, NCB detained four drug peddlers from Mumbai and Thane, as part of its investigations into the SSR case drugs angle. It has recovered a total quantity of 1.418 kg of contrabands like Charas and Ganja.
HT reports – “One suspect Rahil Arafat Vishra alias Sam has been detained in connection with alleged drug angle to Sushant Singh Rajput case while other three suspects Rohan Talwar, Nogthoung and Vishal Salve have been detained in separate cases of NDPS [Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances] Act,” said NCB’s deputy director, KPS Malhotra.
“Based on Arenja’s statement that Rahil had supplied hashish to him, a team of NCB officials raided his residence in Versova on Thursday, and seized 928 grams of hashish and cash worth Rs 4.36 lakh.”
Sushant’s Diary Found from Lonavala Farmhouse
As per India TV, pages from Sushant Singh Rajput’s diary were found at the Lonavala Farmhouse. The diary showed that he used to plan things beforehand and used to self-analyze. He has also written that he wanted to quit smoking and spend more time with his sister Priyanka and her husband.
Sushant also mentioned NITI Aayog Policies + Innsaei, NASA+ Sushant 4 Education, Metaphors and Literals.
