In the aftermath of Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic demise, the conversation around mental health and nepotism has again been revived. Fans have also kept the momentum going on the #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput movement, with Shekhar Suman at the forefront demanding CBI Inquiry in his case.
Now, TV Actor Tarun Khanna known for Devi Adi Parashakti, Namah and Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush, also has added his two cents to the topic. In a lengthy post on Instagram, Tarun can be seen questioning Bollywood Superstars for being silent about CBI inquiry for Sushant.
Tarun felt that things were not adding up in Sushant’s suicide case. Listing off Sushant’s various accomplishments and adding that he was a sought-after star, Tarun questioned Sushant’s depression. Claiming that Sushant was a ‘Hero’ for TV actors, he stated that – “We have a right to know the reason behind his death, whether he died or whether he was murdered.”
He also heavily criticized Sushant’s friend Sandip Ssingh for ‘giving a clean chit to everyone’ and accused his close friends and Rhea Chakraborty for not speaking up about Sushant’s death. Tarun was also questioning why Bollywood Superstars like Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan were not talking about Sushant or demanding CBI inquiry into the tragic case of their fellow colleague.
Tarun claimed that Sushant’s case is being ignored due to his Outsider status. “His case is being ignored since he had no Godfather in the industry nor was he the son of a big Director, Hero or Producer.”
He also went on to say that CBI inquiry would have been demanded if this happened with Bollywood Star Kids – “God forbid, but if something like this happened to Ranbir Kapoor or Varun Dhawan, do you think there wouldn’t be a CBI Inquiry?”
Adding that only Shekhar Suman and Shekhar Kapoor are talking about Sushant, Tarun has requested Bollywood Bigwigs to use their influence to speak up for the late actor. He concluded by urging people to keep the demand for CBI investigation for Sushant going.
