On 14 June 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide from hanging at his Bandra residence. No suicide note was recovered from his house. The actor was reportedly suffering from clinical depression.
Last week, the late actor’s final post-mortem report confirmed the cause of death as ‘asphyxia due to hanging’, ruling out any foul play.
Analyzed by a team of five doctors, the final report said – “No signs of any struggle before death, nothing found from his nails.”
Following the post-mortem, his viscera report was sent for analysis to JJ Hospital in Mumbai. On Tuesday evening it was revealed that Sushant’s viscera report was found negative for any kind of suspicious chemicals or poison.
