Kabir Singh producer Murad Khetani has revealed details about his upcoming project, which will star Ranbir Kapoor. Teaming up with Kabir Singh Director, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the trio will be working together to create a Gangster Drama!
After Kabir Singh’s release, Sandeep had narrated an idea to Murad and Ranbir; which both of them had liked and asked to be developed further.
Talking to Mumbai Mirror, Murad said – “The script is locked. Before the lockdown brought everything to a standstill, Sandeep was writing and looking to narrate it to the actors in May or June.”
Murad further elaborated that once everything is back to normal, the narration and casting will happen.
“All I can say is that it is an intense gangster drama. I am waiting to hear the final narration.”
Quashing rumours of the upcoming film being titled Devil, he has clarified that the title is not finalised yet.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanju. He will soon be sharing screen space with Vaani Kapoor in Shamshera. He also has Director Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra with girlfriend Alia Bhatt in the pipeline.
