The demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput has turned Bollywood lopsided with sorrow. Perilous yet interesting banter of nepotism has broken out where the question up for debate is whether or not nepotism really exists within the Bollywood craft. Sushant Singh Rajput died on the 14th of June after taking his life, leaving family, friends and fans grieving.
A video of the actress Kriti Sanon with whom Sushant had done the movie Raabta resurfaced the internet. Kriti was on one of the most popular Bollywood talk shows, Koffee with Karan, which is hosted by director Karan Johar. The show is known to be controversial but it is also the best source of B-Town’s insider gossip and drama.
In the 6th season of Koffee with Karan, the 17th episode hosted Kriti Sanon along with Kartik Aaryan. During the legendary rapid fire part of the talk show, Kriti was asked to rank actors Kartik Aaryan, Varun Dhawan, Ayushmann Khurana, Sushant Singh Rajput and Tiger Shroff on the basis of who was the most talented.
Without hesitation the first name that the actress mentioned was that of Sushant’s. She ranked them in the order; Sushant, Varun, Karik, Ayushmnan and Tiger.
Upon the passing of the actor with whom Kriti had an admirable friendship, she shared an Instagram post that left us teary eyed reading the caption. “I wish you hadn’t pushed the ones who loved you away.. I wish I could have fixed that something which was broken inside you..I couldn’t.. I wish so so many things….A part of my heart has gone with you.”
