‘Breathe’ Fans …the wait is almost over! The much-anticipated 2nd season of Amazon Prime Video’s original psycho-thriller series is all set to release on July 10 2020!
Titled ‘Breathe Into The Shadows’, the series features Abhishek Bachchan as the lead. Amit Sadh will also be reprising his role from 1st season as senior inspector Kabir Sawant. Nithya Menen and Saiyami Kher have also joined the star cast this season.
Breathe 2 marks Abhishek Bachchan’s digital debut. Reportedly, he will be portraying a never-seen-before, dark avatar.
The actor took to his Instagram to unveil the First Look of the show. ‘She lies into the shadows, waiting to be found.’ He wrote.
He says, “In Breathe, one of the things that attracted me the most to the story was the details and nuances that were built into the character I play. This is possible in the streaming medium since the time to engage with the audience is nearly four times that of a conventional feature film.”
Produced by Abundantia Entertainment, the 2nd season of Breathe is directed by Mayank Sharma, who helmed the previous one also. The 1st season starring R Madhavan in the lead role as a desperate father turned serial killer was a spectacular success.
