Shehnaz Gill has been receiving backlash from netizens for offering her support to MeToo accused Sajid Khan.
Sajid has joined Bigg Boss 16, and Shehnaz had a special video message for him – “Just entertain everyone and be real. My support is with you, rock it brother.”
For the unversed, Sajid has been accused of sexually predatory behaviour by women like Saloni Chopra, Mandana Karimi, Aahana Kumra and many more. He had been barred by Indian Film and Television Directors’ Association (IFTDA) for the past 4 years.
However, the director is making a comeback with a family entertainer called 100 % which stars Shehnaz Gill, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh and Nora Fatehi.
This move of Shehnaz has irked her fans as well. Social media sensation Urfi Javed took a dig at Shehnaz for supporting a sexual predator.
“If women like Shehnaaz gill, Kashmera shah are free to support a sexual predator , I’m free to criticise him and both of them too !!
Can we all please stop supporting sexual predators. I can’t even believe what the girls he harassed must be going through seeing him every day on television !” Urfi wrote on Instagram.
