According to a report by Filmfare, Harshvardhan Rane—one of the most sought-after actors of 2025, currently basking in the success of Sanam Teri Kasam’s re-release—might be joining the high-octane thriller Race 4. A source close to the development revealed, “Harsh’s rising popularity, especially after the successful re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam, has opened new doors for him. He has been receiving major offers, and one of them is the opportunity to play the antagonist in Race 4. While he hasn’t been finalized yet, there’s a strong chance this casting will come through.” If confirmed, his inclusion would be a major boost for the franchise.

What makes this even more exciting is the earlier buzz that Sidharth Malhotra is also being considered for the film. This opens up several thrilling possibilities—could both Sidharth and Harshvardhan play antagonists in Saif Ali Khan starrer Race 4, or will they be pitted against each other? With multiple high-profile names being linked to Race 4, anticipation is soaring to new heights.

The previous installment of the Race franchise, directed by Remo D’Souza, boasted a star-studded cast featuring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, and Saqib Saleem. Now, with Race 4 shaping up to be an exciting reboot, fans are eagerly awaiting an official announcement.
