Varun Dhawan and his wife, Natasha Dalal, have reportedly acquired a luxury property valued at Rs 44.52 crore in the prestigious Juhu area of Mumbai.
According to property registration documents obtained by IndexTap, the apartment is located on the seventh floor of an under-construction building.
As per MahaRERA, the project is expected to be completed by May 31, 2025. The newly purchased apartment covers a carpet area of 5,112 sq ft and comes with four car parking spaces. The price per square foot for the property is reportedly over Rs 87,000.
According to The Times of India, the property registration was finalized on December 3, with Varun Dhawan paying Rs 2.67 crore in stamp duty. However, an official confirmation from the actor’s representatives is still pending.
The Juhu and Bandra areas, where the property is located, are home to numerous Bollywood celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Dharmendra and Aamir Khan among others.
In addition to this new property, Varun Dhawan also owns an apartment in Carter Road’s Sagar Darshan, valued at around Rs 60 crore. Before moving into the family home with Natasha, Varun had a bachelor pad in Mumbai.
Following the birth of their daughter Lara, it was reported that Varun and Natasha relocated to a house in Juhu that was previously owned by Hrithik Roshan, paying a monthly rent of Rs 8.5 lakh.
On the work front, Varun was last seen in the action film Baby John. His upcoming projects include No Entry 2, produced by Boney Kapoor, where he will star alongside Diljit Dosanjh and Arjun Kapoor. He will also appear in Border 2, directed by JP Dutta, which features Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, and others.
