Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar recently announced their collaboration on the upcoming romantic comedy Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri?
Reports suggest that Pushpa 2-star Sreeleela is a strong contender for the female lead role. This would mark Sreeleela’s debut in Hindi cinema.
The report further suggests that the Pushpa 2: The Rule actress is reportedly in talks with other major production houses and is eager to make her mark in the industry.
“She has an amazing screen presence, and pairing Kartik with Sreeleela will bring a refreshing new duo to Bollywood. However, talks are still ongoing; if everything falls in place, it should be finalized within the next few days. It will be exciting to see both of them together,” a source continued.
Both Sreeleela and Dharma Productions have remained tight-lipped about the development and project details, It is believed that filming is slated to begin by mid-2025.
Sreeleela has gained significant recognition for her performances in South Indian films like Skanda, Guntur Kaaram, and Aadikeshava. Her recent performance in the song ‘Kissik’ from Pushpa 2: The Rule further solidified her popularity.
It is believed that Kartik Aaryan will be paid Rs 50 crore for the film.
