Shanaya, the daughter of actor Sanjay Kapoor and Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives fame Maheep Kapoor, is finally making her debut in Bollywood.

Helmed by Vikrant’s Broken But Beautiful director Santosh Singh, Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyaan is allegedly inspired by a Ruskin Bond short story.

The romantic drama revolves around a theatre actress (Shanaya) and a blind musician (Vikrant) and their journey of love and self-discovery. The shoot commences in October in Mussoorie. The movie will be filmed across Mumbai and Europe as well. Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyaan is aiming to release in cinemas somewhere in mid-2025.

Vikrant was last seen in the brilliant Sector 36. His next film is The Sabarmati Report, which will release in cinemas on November 15. He is also working with Rajkumar Hirani for a Disney+ Hotstar web series.
Massey has a psychological thriller by Rahul Dholakia and an action film with Excel Entertainment in his upcoming line-up.
On the other hand, Shanaya Kapoor is making her South debut as well with megastar Mohanlal’s upcoming movie Vrushabha.
