If the latest reports are to be believed, then the Animal actor has been locked in for the next instalment in the Dhoom franchise!
Ranbir Kapoor in Dhoom 4?
As per a Pinkvilla report, Dhoom 4 is being rebooted as Dhoom Reloaded. Moreover, Ranbir Kapoor has been roped in as the lead but he’s playing the role of a villain allegedly!

“The script of Dhoom 4 (Dhoom Reloaded) is been developed by Aditya Chopra with Vijay Krishna Acharya. Adi Chopra feels that RK is the ideal choice to carry forward the Dhoom legacy,” a source commented.

Abhishek Bachchan And Uday Chopra Won’t Return?
Fans might be disappointed to hear that Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will not be returning with this reboot. It is being reported that two big, young gen heroes will step in to play the cop duo in Dhoom 4.
The film is currently in the pre-production stage and the casting will begin soon. Dhoom 4 will go on floors either by the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026. This will happen after Ranbir has finished filming for the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film Love And War and Ramayana 1 & 2.
Ranbir Kapoor Upcoming Movies:
He will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love And War with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. He has the Ramayana movies with Sai Pallavi. Moreover, there’s the sequel of Animal – Animal Park lined up.
Lastly, Brahmastra movies with Alia Bhatt are also a part of his upcoming slate.
