Late Bollywood legend Dilip Kumar had lavish sea-facing triplex apartment. The iconic house has been sold in one of the biggest real estate deals in the locality – for a whopping 172 crores.

The 9, 572 sq ft. property (spread across 9,10 and 11th floors of the building) has been purchased by a company named Apco Infratech Private Limited. The stamp duty was 9.3 crores.

Redeveloped Building Will House A Museum Dedicated To Dilip Kumar

After redevelopedment, the new structure will have a 200 sq ft museum dedicated in the memory of Dilip Kumar. The legend’s wife Saira Banu will be consulted for the curation of this museum. While this tribute to the late actor will be situated on the ground floor, the swanky residential project is aiming to have 11 floors with luxury duplex apartments.
