Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. The film also features Kamal Haasan as the antagonist and Disha Patani in an important role.

Kalki 2898 AD Trailer Release Date – 10 June

The highly anticipated trailer of Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD will be released on June 10 (Monday) in multiple languages. The trailer release date was unveiled with a fascinating new poster by the team.

Though it was intially scheduled to hit the theatres in May 2024, the release date has now been postponed. The makers of the film have revealed the release date – in theatres on 27 June 2024!

The team made the announcement with an intriguing poster featuring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan. While Prabhas and Deepika looked ready for battle, Big B could be seen shrouded in grey robes.

Kalki 2898 AD Budget:

Touted to be India’s most expensive movie till date – made on a budget of a whopping Rs 600 CRORES. Kalki 2898 AD’s futuristic storyline is deeply rooted in Indian mythology. According to Hindu mythology, Kalki is supposed to be the final incarnation of Vishnu, who is yet to appear. 

Produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, the film will release in 6 languages – Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and English.

Kalki 2898 AD Glimpse:

The brief teaser video showcased a futuristic world ruled by darkness. Deepika Padukone stands out as a fierce but subdued warrior. Prabhas, who plays the saviour, rises with his squad to fight back!

Prabhas Upcoming Projects:

Prabhas will also be returning with Prasanth Neel’s Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryanga Parvam. He is collaborating with Sandeep Reddy Vanga for Spirit as well. Another one of his projects is the Telugu movie The Raja Saab.
