WATCH: Munjya Trailer | Sharvari, Abhay Verma Movie
Munjya Trailer was released today; the horror comedy stars Sharvari and Abhay Verma in the lead roles. The cast also includes Mona Singh and S. Sathyaraj. Munjya has been directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik.

Munjya Trailer:
The trailer introduces a peculiar, ghoul-like creature called Munjya. Abhay Verma’s character is haunted by this funny yet terrifying monster – whose only goal in life is to marry a girl named ‘Munni’. The trailer then delves into the hilarious chaos that Munjya causes in his quest to marry!

Sharvari plays the love interest of Abhay Verma and Mona Singh’s character accompanies these youngsters on their journey to get rid of Munjya!
Munjya Release Date:
In cinemas on 7th June 2024.
Netizens were quick to point out that this new creature introduced in Munjya bears a striking resemblance to the iconic character Gollum – from The Lord Of The Rings.
Maddock Supernatural Universe:
This horror-comedy franchise was kickstarted by Rajkummar Rao-Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree (2018). It was followed by Roohi in 2021 starring Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon’s Bhediya introduced the concept of werewolves in this horror-comedy series.
The franchise has been commercially successful, having grossed a combined ₹300 crores at the box office!
