She is somewhat comforted in her loneliness by her two cousins Shikhar (Meezan) and Bajrang (Pearl). The trio is thick as thieves and always there for each other unfailingly.

Yaariyan 2 Movie Review:
Yaariyan 2 powerfully portrays the complexities of relationships, accompanied by top notch music. It strikes a perfect balance between emotions and musical enchantment, offering a wholesome entertainment package!
Yaariyan 2 Movie Review:
The camaraderie between the trio of Divya, Pearl and Meezan is quite heartwarming. The characters are likable, amusing and relatable.
Each of them gets a sufficiently progressive character arc and back-stories, with just the right dose of melodrama. Divya Khosla Kumar not only looks picture-perfect and charming but gives a mature performance in the emotional scenes.
Yaariyan 2 Movie Review:
Meezan Jafferi gives a standout performance – rough on the edges but soft on the inside. His love story with the paraplegic Ikrooh (Anaswara Rajan) makes for some of the most emotionally compelling moments in the film.
Pearl V Puri as the weary 9-to-5 guy convincingly emotes his frustration and is unabashed in the crying scenes. Yash Dashgupta as the mysterious, stoic husband with a tragic past also blends well with the cast.
Yaariyan 2 Movie Review:
The climax sequence appears to be milked way past its worth, but is quite wholesome nevertheless. The soundtrack of Yaariyan 2 is pleasant on the ears – nicely complementing the shift in the mood.
Overall, while this Yaariyan sequel may seem predictable in its approach, it’s an adorable mix of family-friendly drama and romance and it will make you reminisce about the time in life when things were simpler and sweeter.
Hit Or Miss:
This sweet, heartwarming film is worth watching once on the big screen!
