Sonakshi Sinha New Home – she has purchased an apartment in Bandra, for Rs 11 crores!
As per reports, this swanky property is located on KC Road, Bandra in the 81 Aureate building which is developed by the MJ Shah group.

Sonakshi Sinha’s new home – it was reportedly bought recently on 29th August. A source revealed that this sea-facing house is spread across 4,200 sq ft with the carpet area being 2,208.77 sq ft. It also has an additional area of 348.43 sq with a niche, lobby, servant quarters and toilet.
Located on the 26th floor, the house boasts of a sprawling 1,653.67 sq ft terrace as well! The agreement sale was registered between project promoters Pyramid Developers and Poonam Sinha, Sonakshi’s mother, on the Dahaad actor’s behalf.
This Is Her 2nd House In This Project?
The luxurious new home comes with four car parking spaces and has a stunning view of Mahim Bay and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. Reports say this is the 2nd house in her ownership in this project. Previously in March 2020, Sinha had bought a 4,628 sq ft apartment on the 16th floor of 81 Aureate.

On the work front, Sonakshi was last seen in the Prime Video web series Dahaad. She will next star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi on Netflix.
Talking about Heeramandi, Sinha had commented – “We have come very close to collaborating, but then somehow it didn’t work out. I must say it was worth the wait. I am really happy that I am a part of Heeramandi, where he has come to with a special role and special character.”
Sonakshi will also be featuring horror-comedy Kakuda with Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem.
