Sukhee Trailer | Shilpa Shetty New Movie, WATCH VIDEO

Sukhee Trailer starring Shilpa Shetty in the titular role dropped recently today. Directed by debutant director, Sonal Joshi, Sukhee is produced by T-Series and Abundantia Entertainment. The cast also includes influencer Kusha Kapila, Dilnaz Irani, Pavleen Gujral, Chaitanya Choudhry and Amit Sadh.

Synopsis:

The film is a light-hearted, slice-of-life story of Sukhpreet ‘Sukhee’ Kalra, a 38-year-old Punjabi housewife who goes to Delhi to attend her school reunion. Sukhee relives the 17-year-old version of herself whilst going through a plethora of experiences in a span of just seven days, coming out rekindled, reborn and making the most difficult transition in her life – from being a wife and a mother to being a woman again.

In cinemas on 22nd September 2023.

Shilpa Shetty Upcoming Projects:

Meanwhile, Shilpa also will be starring in the pan-India film KD-The Devil, which features Dhruva Sarja in the lead. Her character in the film was introduced as Satyavati.

Shilpa has a prominent role in Rohit Shetty’s web series, Indian Police Force too, starring Sidharth Malhotra and Vivek Oberoi. Her husband Raj Kundra’s pornography scandal is all set to be turned into a film as well.

“It will trace the entire journey of Raj Kundra – from the first reports of the allegations to the media reporting, time spent in jail to the bail. It’s more of a story from Kundra and family’s point of view,” a source revealed.

In July 2021, Kundra had gotten embroiled in a porn scandal. He was even jailed for the alleged creation and distribution of pornographic content. After 2 months, he was granted bail in September 2021.
