After Saif Ali Khan, Kiara Advani among others, Emraan Hashmi becomes the latest Bollywood celeb to join the South film industry.
The actor is all set to make his Telugu movie debut with Pawan Kalyan‘s next – OG.
Written and directed by Sujeeth, Emraan will play the role of an antagonist in this movie.
Announcing the same, the makers shared the first look of Emraan and wrote –
“When we have the #OG, we should also have a badass who is powerful and striking…Presenting you all, the nemesis @EmraanHashmi!”
Talking about his Telugu debut, Emraan reportedly said in a statement –
“I am excited to embark on this new journey with OG. The movie has a strong and gripping script and it offers me a challenging role that I am looking forward to working with Pawan Kalyan sir, Sujeeth, Danayya sir and the team. I am confident that we will create a memorable cinematic experience for the audience.”
OG also stars Prakash Raj, Shriya Reddy among others. The movie went on floors in Mumbai. The third schedule is being shot in Hyderabad.
