Brahmastra Part 2 Dev Movie Aiming For 2025 December Release; Ayan Mukerji Talks About Sequel –

Brahmastra Part One Shiva might have taken almost 8 years to release but the wait for the sequel is not going to be that long.

Brahmastra Part 2 Dev has already been announced, and fans can heave a sigh of relief, as the makers are aiming for a 2025 December release.

“We have our target. We would like to make this film and have it come out three years from now. It is a tough timeline for us considering how much time part one took. But now we have also learnt how to make these kinds of films, ” – Ayan told Indian Express.

Part 2 will focus both on Dev’s past as well as the present storyline. The 2nd part is the real deal, apparently the first was just the set-up. Ayan feels they’ll really come into their own with the sequel story-telling.

“We are really getting into the story of our antagonist. Decoding it, giving you some hook to hang on to for part two. Dev is the fulcrum of the entire Brahmastra trilogy.

The problems that this community and the world will face because of Brahmastra, what is the real stress with it. All of this will actually unfold in Dev’s story! His story is meant to take us back into his past but also he has returned into the present. So, the idea is, we will be continuing the present story, but also telling you the story of the past,– Ayan revealed.

Though Dev’s face wasn’t revealed till the end, he has already become half the fanbase’s favourite character. They are speculating that either Ranveer Singh or Hrithik Roshan might assume this iconic role. A blink-and-miss-it glimpse of Deepika Padukone as Amrita was shown in part 1.
