Karan Johar‘s chat show Koffee With Karan will be back soon with Season 7.
This time, the show won’t be returning to TV but instead will be streaming exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar!
From Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone to Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor and others… many top A-list Bollywood celebs have graced the couched and spilled some beans in previous seasons.
Recently, during a conversation with Film Companion, KJo revealed that Ranbir doesn’t want to appear on the 7th season of the show.
As per ETimes, the filmmaker stated that RK won’t be coming on his show because he’d have to pay the price for it for too long.
“Ranbir Kapoor has told me that I am not coming on the show. He is like, ‘I’d have to pay the price for too long. Why should I do this to myself’. He said, ‘I love you, I will meet you in your house and talk to you. You give me coffee at home. I am not coming to your show.”
Copying Ranbir, he further added, “Mujhe please show pe mat bulao, mujhe bahot tension hoti hai (Please do not invite me to your show, I feel very tense).”
For the unversed, Ranbir Kapoor last appeared on the show in 2016 with Ranveer Singh.
On the professional front, Ranbir is currently busy shooting with Shraddha Kapoor for Luv Ranjan’s next.
Yesterday, the much-awaited Brahmastra Part One: Shiva was dropped. Produced by Karan Johar, the fantasy-drama stars Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt in the lead.
