5 Times Bollywood Movie Shows Got Cancelled In Theatres:
1. Jayeshbhai Jordaar
Starring Ranveer Singh in the lead, Jayeshbhai Jordaar failed to create an impact at the box office. As per a report, 30% of the shows were cancelled due to lack of audience.

2. Dhaakad
Kangana Ranaut’s Dhakaad and Kartik Aaryan-Kiara Advani-Tabu starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 hit the theatres on the same day – i.e. May 20, 2022. While the horror-comedy sequel has taken the box office by storm, Dhaakad reportedly collected only Rs 50 lakhs on its opening.
Sourced from a report, Dhaakad shows got cancelled in several cinema halls supposedly and were replaced by Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 due to zero audience.

3. 83
Despite receiving positive reviews, Ranveer Singh’s 83, which chronicles India’s historic win at the 1983 World Cup, failed to create a mark at the box office. A report informed us that 83’s shows were discontinued in smaller theatres and were replaced by Spider-Man: No Way Home and Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise – Part 01. Reportedly, around 10-15% of 83’s shows were discontinued on an all-India level.

4. Tubelight
Salman Khan‘s 2017 movie Tubelight, directed by Kabir Khan, had failed flat at the box office. Reportedly, the shows were replaced by Hollywood movies like ‘Wonder Woman’ and ‘Despicable Me 3’.

5. Bombay Velvet
Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet, starring Ranbir Kapoor & Anushka Sharma in the lead, failed miserably at the box office. As per a report, the shows were replaced by crowdpullers like Piku and Tanu Weds Manu returns.
