Shilpa Shetty‘s husband, businessman Raj Kundra, owns several properties all around Mumbai, Dubai and London.
As far as the Mumbai properties are concerned, Kundra has now shifted the ownership.
As per a report, Kundra has transferred several apartments in Mumbai and the family’s Juhu house under Shilpa’s name. Apart from their Juhu home, the other transferred properties include a total of 5 flats in the building named Ocean View located in Juhu along with the entire basement. The properties make a total of Rs 65,000 per sq ft (valued at the current market rate).
The entire worth of these properties comes down to a whopping Rs 38.5 Crores! Varun Singh, who is the founder of SquareFeatIndia.com says, “The total area transferred by Raj Kundra to Shilpa Shetty measures around 5,996 square feet. It also is the house which both the husband and wife has shown as their current address.”
These transfer documents were apparently registered on the 21st of January 2022 and Shilpa has paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.9 Crore on the deed.
