1. “I Have Never Ever Touched Any Drugs”
While talking to BBC, Diljit got candid and had told the host Haroon Rashid that he is a very ‘detached person’. During the chit-chat, the ‘Good Newwz’ had also talked about attending parties and being attracted to all the limelight that showbiz has to offer once you become popular
“I am not addicted to any thing per se. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I have never ever touched any drugs. The only thing I do when I need to refresh myself is speak Gurbani while taking a shower in the morning. That is all I need to take a breather, and I am ready to face the day.”
2. “Superstar Honge Apne Ghar Pe”
During an interview with Film Companion, Diljit Dosanjh had opened up on not giving a damn about getting work in Bollywood.
When he was asked about his Bollywood journey, he had unapologetically stated-
“If I speak up about it, it’ll become a big deal. I’m not crazy about working with anybody; no actor, no director. They can be superstars in their own homes.”

Back in 2020, while talking to film critic Anupama Chopra, Diljit Dosanjh had opened up on his so-called blind spot – the English language.
“Ek hi kami hai mere mein bas, mujhe English nai aati (I have only weakness, my lack of knowledge about the English language).”
“Ye ho jati to main aur successful hota life mein (If I had command over English, I would have been more successful),” he added.
