Jacqueline Fernandez has been questioned multiple times by the Enforcement Directorate in the 200-crore scamster Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s case.
Though the actress had denied dating the fraudster, their old romantic pics seemed to say otherwise.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar had apparently conned Jacqueline by pretending to be the owner of Sun TV and approached her under alias of ‘Shekhar Ratna Vela’.
Sukesh had allegedly gifted her diamond-studded jewellery like earrings, Cartier bangles and Tiffany bracelets worth 7 CRORES along with luxury gifts like Birkin bags, YSL and Gucci bags. He reportedly also gave her high-end watches like Rolex, Roger Dubuis, Franck Muller.
As per the recent News18 report, Sukesh has claimed that Jacqueline is lying that her US-based sister Geraldine received only $150,000 from him.
“No, she is not telling the truth. Through Deepak Ramnani (who has also been arrested), I transferred $180,000 and BMW (X5) to Geraldine,” Sukesh said.
“As far as (her) parents are concerned, I gifted them a Maserati, and a Porsche to her mother in Bahrain. I also allowed Jacqueline to frequently use a private jet which I was using,” he added further.
An insider source also told India Today that Sukesh tried to lure Jacqueline in by promising her a 500-crore, 3-part FEMALE SUPERHERO MOVIE! He had apparently done his homework and kept dropping A-list producer names to make the work seem more authentic.
“Sukesh knew that Jacqueline was looking for work in Bollywood and wasn’t signing too many films. He used her vulnerability to woo her even more. He promised her that he would produce India’s first woman superhero project with her that would involve Hollywood VFX artists, and it will be shot on a global scale. He told her that she resembled Angelina Jolie and deserved a superhero series made around her,” a source revealed to India Today.
