‘Sherni’ actress Vidya Balan is all set to woo the audience once again with her next film ‘Jalsa’.
On the other hand, ‘Scam 1992’ star Pratik Gandhi’s first Bollywood film as the lead ‘Bhavai’ will be released in cinemas on 1st October.
Earlier, it was reported that Vidya Balan will be romancing Pratik Gandhi in her upcoming movie, which will be helmed by the debutant director Shirsha Guha Thakurta.
Now, if this Mid-Day report is to be believed, the social-comedy has supposedly been titled ‘Lovers’. The movie is said to go on floors soon and will be shot in Mumbai & Coonoor.
“While the dates are still being finalised, the film that challenges patriarchal norms will be shot extensively in Mumbai and Coonoor-the beautiful hill station in Tamil Nadu,” a source revealed to the daily.
As the report suggests, the movie will apparently be challenging the social patriarchy through its new-age storyline.
Reportedly, ‘Lovers’ is being bankrolled by Ellipsis Entertainment.
