Late legendary actor Dilip Kumar’s actress-wife Saira Banu was rushed to the ICU after suffering a minor heart attack.
As reported earlier, the actress has apparently been advised to undergo angiography soon.
Saira Ji’s cardiologist Dr. Nitin Gokhale has revealed that the 77-year-old is facing left ventricular failure, which will need an angiography, but before that, they need to control her diabetes.
Soon after this, reports started doing rounds claiming that the yesteryear actress is battling depression and not is said to not letting the doctors perform the surgery.
The reports turn out to be FALSE! According to the latest TOI report, Saira Ji is NEITHER battling depression NOT avoiding angiography. In fact, she is feeling much better and has been moved out of the ICU (Intensive Care Unit).
Talking to the daily, Dr. Gokhale said- “Sairaji is not battling depression, plus she is not being difficult at all which in other words means she is not avoiding angiography,” he added saying, “The angiography as I told you last time will be done at a later date after we control her diabetes. So where’s the question of she saying ‘no’ to it?”
“She’s gone to a room. She is much better, in fact, fine,” the doctor concluded.
