Amidst all the speculations about the reason behind Dostana 2 fallout, we hear that Kartik Aaryan has reportedly bagged his next movie, which is apparently going to be an epic love story.
As per the latest Pinkvilla report, the actor is all set to team up with Sajid Nadiadwala for the first time in his career. While all the details are kept under wraps, National Award-winning Marathi director Sameer Vidwans is supposedly going to direct this movie.
According to the report, the yet-to-be-titled film, currently under the pre-production stage, is likely to go on floors by the end of this year.
“Sajid Nadiadwala has been discussing a potential collaboration with Kartik for a while now and they have found a script that makes for a perfect union. It’s an epic love story featuring Kartik in space that’s not explored before. The National Award-winning director, Sameer Vidhwan’s is planning to paint a fresh picture in the romantic genre and all the stakeholders are excited to take this film on the floors,” a source revealed to the portal.
“The team is silently working on the prep work of the film, but want to make things official only when the Covid cases go down. Kartik is excited to team up with a producer like Sajid Nadiadwala for the first time,” the source added.
To be jointly produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Namah Pictures, this movie will mark filmmaker Sameer’s Bollywood debut.
