1. Shah Rukh Khan- Devdas
In Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Devdas’, Shah Rukh Khan portrayed the character of an alcoholic. To get the iconic character right, SRK had to gulp a little bit of alcohol during the filming.
2. Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi & R. Madhavan- 3 Idiots
While filming the drunk scene in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘3 Idiots’, Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan suggested getting actually drunk. So, the actors- Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi, and R. Madhavan got drunk in reality to make it look convincing.
3. Aditya Roy Kapur- Aashiqui 2
In ‘Aashiqui 2’, there was a scene in which Aditya’s character is shown to be drunk and was supposed to crash the bar with furniture. To get the desired effect for the scene, he had a few drinks to actually look sozzled.
Not many people know that Aditya had come drunk on sets to play the part convincingly, but the shot had to be canceled as it was completely out of sorts.
