1. Janhvi Kapoor
Janhvi Kapoor has bought an apartment in Juhu for Rs 39 crores as per a Square Feat India report. The flats are spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building named Araya Building. The carpet area of the flat as per the documents accessed is 3,456 area.
2. Alia Bhatt
Alia Bhatt recently bought a property in Juhu for which she paid Rs 13.11 crore. The 2,300 sq ft apartment was paid in almost double by Bhatt, which stands at Rs 7.86 crore. The flat is on the first floor of the building named GiGi apartments located inside the Silver Beach Estate as per Square Feat India.
3. Hrithik Roshan
Hrithik Roshan, has rented a flat in Juhu, his per month rent would be the highest any actor has paid at least in 2020. The flat is located on the second floor of the building named Prime Beach, on Gandhi Gram Road, near ISKCON temple, Juhu. The apartment he rented is spread over 3928 sq ft. As per Square Feat India, Hrithik is paying a rent of Rs 8.25 lakh per month for it.
4. Ayushmann Khurrana & Aparshakti Khurrana
Ayushmann Khurrana and his brother Aparshakti Khurana have together bought a new home for the whole family in Panchkula.
As per HT, the actor bought the house in Sector 6 of Panchkula. “He came to get the house number 21 registered at the Tehsil office. The house on paper costs approx, Rs 9 crore,” the source said.
5. Vikrant Massey
Vikrant Massey and his fiance Sheetal Thakur bought themselves a lovely home last Diwali and the actor didn’t miss the opportunity to gush about it on Instagram. However, the pair haven’t revealed any other details of their new home.

Yami Gautam had bought a house for her family and herself in her hometown, Chandigarh. As per Mumbai Mirror, “Yami liked this duplex and bought it recently. It is her first house in the city, which she will be frequenting whenever she can to unwind and spend time with her family.”
7. Arshad Warsi
Arshad Warsi bought a luxurious villa in Goa. According to a Times of India report, the villa is a heritage property built in 1875. “I always wanted a house in Goa. I bought one. It’s a heritage property, built in 1875. It’s a beautiful Portuguese house. I literally bought it and we went into lockdown. I was like, ‘Oh damn!’ Thankfully, I have a really good interior decorator working on the restoration and renovation of the house. She’s been looking after the house really well,” Arshad says.
